This is a fun little lock to have in your house. It was very easy to install (took maybe about 20 minutes) and it works exactly as advertised. I was pleased enough that I bought two of them for my house. The fingerprint reader option may take a few attempts if you don't place your finger exactly in the middle of the reader but the way around this is just to create multiple records of your fingerprints. I purchased this lock for my home to avoid having to deal with keys for people given permission to enter. Installation was easy if directions are followed and even watching youtube helps. I was aware it needed a Gateway to be able to remotely lock & unlock if away from home so I purchased it as well. I can use Alexa to operate lock if I am home and away from my phone. I love that it gives you battery message so you are aware if batteries are low. I can view activity to determine who and what time door was unlocked. Product is easy to install due to the detailed instructions and video clips. Pros: installation and initial setup; several options for unlocking Cons: finger print reader has failed setup on numerous attempts; sound options controls both voice and keypad clicks. I would like to have the ability to hear the key clicks but not the door locking status messages being announced. I would definitely recommend the lock.
