This is a small but MIGHTY heater. It indeed can easily heat a room 200 sq feet. It can heat a larger room with a little more time. It instantly pushes warm/hot air depending on your settings. The ECO mode is exceptional. You can set it to a temperature, then the heater will heat the area to that temperature, then turn off. What I found AMAZING was that the machine will TURN BACK ON when the ambient temperature gets too low. This is a GREAT feature. Nice little heater for a really good price. Got it and immediately plugged it in and it's heating up my kitchen as I type. The back wall of my house faces the outside and the kitchen gets so cold unless I am actively cooking with the oven. I can feel the cold air coming up through the sink and it makes cooking prep and doing dishes really unpleasant.
