This vacuum did an excellent job. I purchased it to try to save 3 rugs. It saved 2. The other rug was a little more sensitive to scrubbing and any chemicals. We will replace it but this vacuum saved the other 2! So, it’s already paid for itself because we were going to replace all 3. The machine is easy to use, easy to clean and has a lot of suction power. The more you spray, the more dirt (and whatever) comes out. You can see the dirt coming out. The only issue is now I know just how dirty these rugs get! Have not had to try on upholstery. I assume it perform just as well. Read more

I received my cleaning machine today , I was so excited to use it , as soon as I opened it I see. It was used it arrived dirty it has dog/ cat hair In the tube , there was water in the machine for the previous owner who used it and the information book came all ripped and no cleaning solution bottle either, smh so disappointing!
