The darker colors are great for keeping the sun out of your eyes in the morning if you can't use blackout shades or curtains. The lighter colors, on the other hand, don't do anything to keep the lightfrom your eyes. While I like having 15 masks to rotate through, I wish we were given the option of getting a set of darker or lighter coloured masks. Read more

This sleep mask set is pretty great! The colors are all unique and vibrant, they are soft and comfortable with lots of padding, the elastic is tight so they don't slide off when using and they all come individually wrapped. These would make amazing party favors for spa day or a slumber party. I do however recommend washing them first. When I removed them from the packaging they had a kind of grimey feel to them. Soft, silky with plenty of stretch.. Fits my large 23.75" head no problem. Comfortable fit. Great bundle of assorted colors. Use darker colors for greatest light blocking. Use lighter colors to allow natural morning light to gentle seep in. I had been following Queen of theThrones on the use of castor oil and sleep masks. She mentioned using lighter masks for better sleep/wake regulation. The lighter color masks reduce light, but dont fully block, so it allows the light come through enough to trigger natural wake cycle, but not so much as to have light be distracting from sleeping, or sleeping in as needed. This huge multi pack gives me options. I can use the oil and not worry about ruining a single mask. I can toss the in wash as needed and still have plenty to choose from. Or I simply now have a big pack of masks to tide me over for a long time. I use sleep masks every single night. Or can part out for use in gifts as they are individually wrapped. Or as part of B&B, or guest room. Says "adjustable" in headline, but I dont think so, unless I missed it. It is just an elastic band. But it adjusts to head size.. maybe that is what they mean?
