My very expensive cochlear implant processor perches lousily on my ear and is apt to fall off or jump to any nearby steel or iron thus is apt to be lost. Every elastic head band I have tried to secure it is uncomfortably tight for my 21" circumference head and or not breathable enough for warm weather. That being the case I have resorted to folding handkerchiefs so the 90-degree ends can be tied together but the ones I have are about 20" x 20" thus not quite large enough for the ends to tie together easily and too bulky when folded.
