I have never thought of having a portable carpet clearner until this one comes into sight. I like its compact design and it can be stored anywhere in the room. it has two tanks, one for clean water and one for dirty water. It has a handle and can prary clean water to the carpert, and the brush on the handle can help clean the wet carpet and the sucking head to draw the water out of the carpet and back into the tank for dirty water. it actually clean the carpet really well with just clean water. I have a few dirty spots on my bed room and they never came off. I use the clean water and all of them were clean now. I am happy with it. if the spots are too dirty to be cleaned off, the instruction says we can use soap water as well. I assume the soap water will also do better job to clean it, but it may leave some soap trace on the carpet and we may need to use clean water to clean it the second time. but it is ok as long as we have way to clean the carpet. Since it is a small handheld cleaner, it won't be ideal to clean a whole carpet which you may want to rent a machine from a local store. This one can be used for cleaning small areas on the carpets. Surprisingly it does a great job. Easily cleaned when done using it. It is smallerl than I expected but it cleans better than my old big machine. Perfect for spot cleaning when you have pets. It’s an impressive little machine. Read more

Overall just not super satisfied. The sprayer does not have a shield so it will get your hand soaked due to trigger placement and has alot of "backsplash". The suction itself worked fine sucking the water up and I was happy to see a "self cleaning" but was equally disappointed when it did not clean the hose at all. It was easier and faster to suck hot water out of the faucet. The littlest bit of hair got caught in the hose starting to clog it because of some "rough" parts in the hose plastic so that was less than ideal for a first use. The media could not be loaded. So far so good, used it a few days after receiving. My husky had an accident and definitely glad I already purchased a carpet cleaner. Super easy to put the few pieces together, suction is great, easy to use for cleaning and emptying, works great! The quality is surprisingly good for the cost of the machine, it was on flash sale so I got it for a good price and it is worth it. Posted a video and pics as well. Read more
