This bag is huge but it does exactly what I need it to for business trips. It keeps my clothes that i can't fold neatly packed. Easy to zip up and stays secure. Bag material is defent quality so I expect it to hold up with normal use for a while. Straps make it easy to carry around. Good value for the price. Read more

This is a decent, basic garment bag for the price, but for me personally there are some limitations to its functionality. LENGTH: The 66 inch bag is well suited for longer dresses, gowns, etc. For shorter things like shirts/blouses/light jackets, which is typically what I want to hang rather than pack, the length is not that helpful, especially when you have to fold it into thirds to keep it from dragging when you carry it. WRINKLES/CREASING: We used it for a short 2-night trip, and with the folding, our shirts/tops ended up with some unfortunate creases upon arrival at the destination. Spritzing the garments with a little water and using a blow dryer helps, but the only reason I use a garment bag is to avoid the wrinkles you get when folding things into an overnight bag, so this didn’t work so well for me. HANGER LIMITS: The inside of the bag seems pretty roomy, but there are only 3 small, flat loops for hangers on the inside top of the bag. The hangers we use have the larger metal hooks (like what you get in a department store) and you’re only going to be able to fit a couple of those in each loop, maybe 3, but it’ll be a tight fit. If you have chunky plastic hangers, you’ll only get one in each loop. If you use wire coat hangers you’ll probably be able to fit more. (I don’t use those or even have any of them, so I couldn’t try it out.) My spouse and I typically share one garment bag, so this limitation isn’t ideal, depending on how long we're going to be gone and how much we need to take. OTHER FEATURES: Zippered pockets inside and out are a plus, if you have shoes, accessories, or other items to carry. (The outside pocket is large, and will hold folded or flat things like magazines, books.) The zippers work well, and the material feels sturdy. The shoulder strap is adjustable, as advertised. The bag stays fully folded - no sagging open - if you attach the shoulder strap hooks to BOTH the top and middle rings, and then snap the two adjustable side belts together. Read more

I have to admit, I was expecting something a little better than this, for the price. Maybe part of that has to do with the fact that it is way longer than I expected it to be. This seems to be more for dresses and gowns because the length is incredibly long, even with the shorter 66 inches, and the bag is not wide enough to accommodate the shoulders of my men's suit jacket. If you are a female looking to transport a gown or dress, you'll likely enjoy this much more. The design is a bit weird as well. There isn't much which keeps it folded upon transportation. When you put an item in and fold it into thirds, one would expect there would be some kind of snaps or buckles, which would secure all the sides together to keep the end section in place. Because the sides are only secured at the top part, if you are not holding the top handles together while carrying this, the bag will come apart and need to be re-folded. It only stays together when being carried, which is inconvenient when you lay it down. Maybe I am not doing it right. In terms of the material ... it is fairly lightweight, which is good when you are carrying it because it doesn't weigh a lot. However, because the material is not thicker, your garment will wrinkle a lot easier. It makes transportation easy ... but it doesn't keep the actual garment protected from winkles or creases. There are a few zippered pockets, which are good to put accessories, etc. into without worrying about them falling out. There is also a metal hanger attached so you can hang this in the closet, however, it would be nice if the hanger was removable. In this price range, I wasn't expecting a really thick and sturdy bag ... however, I have seen similar garment bags available at discount stores for 40 to 50 percent of the price of this. I did hope it would be a little better in person and it is not. Would I order this again? Probably not ... given my needs. It would likely be worth it to invest in a thicker and sturdier bag, which protects the garments inside better and holds its shape better.
