My new Aiolo Innovation external 1TB hard drive won't work with my MacBook Pro. When I plug it in, I get a popup that says two things. 1. This USB device is drawing too much current. 2. This device cannot be read by this computer. There is no customer service phone number in the (tiny) Quick Installation Guide. [Update: It works fine now. Great device. Accepts data quickly and easily, and everything is there. Anybody have any suggestions? Read more

Outer case is very solid and will provide great impact protection. Make sure to format the hard drive before downloading any data to it, or it will not work properly. i downloaded 13 gb of music files to it and it took a little over an hour to do it. The hard drive has a lot of capacity and this hardly took up much space. The only negative is the hard drive does not have a power-on LED to let you know that it's working. Read more
