I bought these to hold pencils for baby shower games, and they worked perfectly—sturdy, lightweight, and looked so nice on the tables. What I really love is that they won’t be a one-time use item. I have a handbag insert, with partitions, that I use inside a fabric basket, to place items I want handy in my living room and bedroom. I added these pen holders inside two partitions to help keep my bags in better condition when I place pencils, pens, stylus, exacto knife, manicure scissors, etc. in them. Then I just need to wash the pen holder on occasion, instead of washing the ink deposits out of my bags (it still happens to my pens even if I click on the "off" position). They work very well!
