These eye masks are nice to have on hand for a little at home spa day and self care. They work either hot or cold, and they are dual-sided with a soft side and a more gel feeling side. They feel well made and good quality, and I have not had any trouble with leaking. My only complaint is that when using them out of the freezer, they are a little stiff, and instead of resting on my eyelids where I would like, they tend to rest more on my cheek bones or on the bones just under my eye sockets. This has caused some cold burn on my skin, even after very brief usage. Obviously, everyone's skin is different, and mine happens to be particularly sensitive to cold. I think these are generally well designed, but the stiffness when cold kind of precludes them from resting on the eyes. But I think they're handy to have and pretty versatile. I would recommend.
