Good while it lasted
I was happy with initial performance. The warm light instead of bright white was nice and inviting. The bulb only lasted 2 years. It began with the brightness diminishing and then failed to turn off. The brightness is less than tea light candle flow, not very good for outside doorway lighting. Read more

Long lasting
Was using a dusk till dawn fixture on my porch. When it stopped working, the landlords replaced it with a standard one. But I missed the light being on when I arrived home at night. A friend told me about these bulbs and I'm so pleased! Just screw it in like a regular bulb...leave the wall switch on. It's automatically off during daytime but turns on at dusk. I purchased a 2 pk. Still using the first bulb for nearly 3 years!!! Read more
