INSTANT RESULTS!!
**UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER** I’ve taken 2 gummies every day for the last year, and although I raved about them initially with the instant nail growth (which still holds true), I’ve noticed ZERO improvement in my hair and skin. The nails do grow VERY quickly with these, but they’re not stronger nor more resistant to breaking. I’m parting company with these supplements for now and switching to a liquid formula to see if that yields better results. ORIGINAL REVIEW; I’ve been taking these gummies for two weeks. Within the first few days, I noticed the INSTANT growth of my nails. I’ve had to file them down every other day, no exaggeration. They’ve also become harder and stopped peeling and breaking in these dry, cold winter months. Although I’m not necessarily concerned with my nail growth, I’m extremely impressed with the instant results and this is proof that these gummies do work. I’m looking forward to seeing what they will do for my skin and hair with a little more time. The gummies have a nice light strawberry flavor, although they do get a little harder to chew as the bottle goes down and they’re exposed to more air. This isn’t a bother for me, personally, due to the fact that they’re completely vegan and natural. Just an FYI to those with dental work to be a bit cautious.
