Great product. Took for a long time until the large capsules became hard to swallow. Total daily 4 capsules. The capsules are large. Changed to a collagen powder that is nearly tasteless and instantly dissolves in my hot beverage. The powder route is easier to me than the capsules. Read more

I am an insanely skeptical person. Why is this working??? I was a bit desperate, so I gave it a shot with the expectation that it wouldn't work. I got my knee back... Context: I had a tear jumping in track highschool and ever since I've had problems (I could do a pistol squat in my left (non-dominant leg) but not my right (damaged knee).
