Both units arrived with a charge ready to test, I have a mustache so I was particularly concerned with how precise these would be. Problem solved, nose hair gone and mustache intact. Next test eat hair, this is a little more different since I cant see exactly what I am doing, but after identifying the general area in my ears where the hair is sprouting I was able to move the trimmer around in that spot and after a few passes and some trial and error the hair was gone. So far I have not had any trouble keeping my nose and ears clear of annoying hairs. My first trial, both nostrils and both ears, total trimming time about 3-4 minutes the charge when down from 88 to 79, so about 10 units. I did notice the metal tip starting to get warm after a few minutes of use, so it may be prudent to take a break before trying to trim too many ears in one sitting. Multiplying out the 3-4 minutes of use, suggests about 10 uses or 30-40 minutes of operating time between charges. 1 USB cable per unit is supplied in the box so 2 people can use these trimmers anytime they like. So far I am liking these trimmers, but I wish there was someway to attach the hard plastic protective topper to the body when in use so I don't put it don't and lose it somewhere. These nose hair trimmers are great for home and travel. I ordered these to keep in travel bags for my husband and I but I liked using it enough I just kept it in my vanity drawer for routine use. They have the appearance of a vape pen. The shape and size makes them easy to hold and rotate. Even people with arthritis in their hands could probably use this with ease. The on/off control is a simple button. My trimmers arrived mostly charged (88% and 97%). I love the fact you can see the actual % of battery remaining and not just a dot or bar indicator. This seems safer since I know when the battery is fully charged and I can unplug it accordingly. The trimmer that was at 88% only took about 10 minutes to reach 100%. I used it for about 1-2 minutes continuously and the battery went from 100% to 97%. Removing the tip for cleaning was easy as was reassembling the unit. I found the directions in the listing. Nothing but the trimmers and 2 USB-c charging cables came in the original box. The battery power indicator is VERY BRIGHT and flashes when it’s plugged in so, again, another reminder to unplug this trimmer when it’s charged. It's very quiet, but you can hear it as it cuts off each hair. The turning blades are hidden inside, so you don't get nicked. Sometimes you do have to maneuver it and twist it a couple times to get the hairs inside to the blades so they can be cut, but it works just fine with a few tries. It is small and compact and very easy to pack when I travel. It recharges quickly and so far I have not had to recharge after 2 weeks of use. Read more

These nose hair clippers do are effective at what they’re supposed to do. They cut nose hair quickly with absolutely no pain. I was a little concerned that they would be panful and pull at the hair, but they cut through it effortlessly. They also seem to charge quickly and hold their power for a long time. I love the LED display that shows the percentage of battery left. These are way better than the grooming trimmer I was using previously and I could see them working well for ear hair as well (got to love getting old). These came super quickly. My husband has been needing these for awhile, and they are so inexpensive, especially for a set of two! They are small, but not too small to hold on to.
