First of all, the price point is ridiculously good. This set is absolutely worth more than the cost. You receive two complete trimmers, each with its own charging cord and cleaning brush, which makes this a great value. Both units arrived fully charged and work very well. They trim cleanly without any painful snagging or pulling, which is something I’ve experienced with other trimmers. The design is simple, sleek, and modern, and they feel comfortable to hold. It does not include a power block—only the charging cords—so you’ll need to supply one. That’s very common with USB-charged items, so I don’t consider it a negative, just something to be aware of. Out of the box, these trimmers feel solid, well-built, and modern. Both units arrived charged above 90%, and operation is simple with the power button at the base. Once on, they run smoothly and you can clearly tell they’re doing the job when used inside the nose. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is the cap design. Each time I capped and uncapped the trimmer, the entire trimmer head detached and remained stuck inside the cap. I tried multiple times to twist and release it without success and ultimately had to use pliers and a screwdriver to pull the trimmer head out. Even after reinserting it, the same thing kept happening several times with very little pressure (I attached 2 photos, one showing the trapped trimmer head inside the cap and one isn't). Because of this, the only way to avoid the issue seems to be never using the cap, which defeats its purpose for travel and hygiene. Cleaning was also frustrating. Removing the blade assembly required excessive tapping or prying with a screwdriver to get the inner white cap to release, making routine maintenance more difficult than it should be. While the trimmer works when running, the design with the head getting stuck and the difficult cleaning process are significant drawbacks. They remain a good value given the price as long as you tolerate the mentioned inconvenience. Read more

I never thought that I would describe a nose hair trimmer as "beautiful" but these are! The set of two is great. Im happy to share things with the DH, but ya gotta draw the line somewhere. As a rule, Due to hormones guys are going to give this thing as work out whereas women, not so much. He's happy with the black one and I am fine with the blue one on my side of the sink, because the color is FANTASTIC, i'd like to paint a wall this color--and your guests wont immediately know what it is if you forget to put it away. But-sigh- there is a design flaw. Like another reviewer I have had the entire head stick in the cap too. I have no clue why the cap wont just go back on a twist the thing out! What I had to do was, using tweezers, pull the white part out (it holds the blade) I put that back on the device and THEN i can fit it into the stuck head, I turn it, and it comes right out. It's time consuming. H says it does a great job and I believe him because I can't see a visible trace of, ya know, nose hair and he's 6.5, so if Im looking up at him, Id know if something was happening. So in operation they work well. Glad they each came with a card. A charging block would be nice but at this price you can't have EVERYTHING. Good value. IF the cap didnt have this issue. Simple, functional device for the personal hygiene of trimming nose and ear hairs. Trims hairs without harm to delicate nose or ear tissues. Easy to clean but need to take care not to get the charging port wet. The digital display showing the percentage of remaining battery charge is a nice feature.
