I bought this product to add to my stews and soups. It also is good with Ramen. It doesn't take much time to soften up and the taste is good with seasonings. It seems to keep well for longer periods of time also. Read more

Man oh man, where can I start with these dry vegetables in a bag? I feel like you can hydrate these all day and stick em in all sorts of food which is delicious and nutritious. I haven't bought another bag since because of the mental association I have with bugs when I think of this big dry vegetable bag. Read more

Pieces so small that it looks like I have 1/8 inch of dust settled to the bottom. Have not tried it yet, but pieces seem really small compared to the other ramen toppings I have at the house. Read more

I add about a tablespoon or more to the water I am going to make my ramen with. The veggies rehydrate as the water comes to a boil and add your ramen noodles to cook. The vegetables give your ramen noodles a nice fresh taste. Whatever you store your vegetables in you will find the parsley sinks to the bottom. I keep my veggies in a container that I give a good shake before I dip out a serving for my ramen. Read more
