Doesn’t take long to break.

Got it late Dec and started using it in January. Worked great until today. It no longer connects to the WIFI. When it doesn’t work it fails off so anything of importance that you have on the power will be turned off. The power strip is useless after 2 months. I have two others running. Let’s see how long they last. All three were installed in January. Read more

Item arrived FAST, appeared well Built, Installed. Intent was to use Item with Alexa to control items near Computer, Specifically a Lamp I got from vine. Found app on Apple store... Downloaded, Instructions said to use QR code or Activation code, from Compatible device (There wasn't one, Could Not activate App, could not put device on blue tooth on phone, Could not control outlets with Alexa, ended up just being an extension cord with a switch. and usb ports. The first two outlets are always on, there is no way to turn those off. The other six you can control with Smart Life app. You are able to turn the outlets on individually, that has allowed me to set up a couple lava lights by my television that I don't have to reach behind the council to try to turn on. I can just open the app and turn the outlet on, very easy, quite handy. It also has a few charging ports for USBC and USBA, there is no control for them in the app. It is supposed to work with Alexa, I have it connected, but I can't get Alexa to control it. That could be me, some of this newer tech is getting more difficult to make work. And the plug on the end is the thin design plug, and it's also clocked to keep the wire out of the way of the outlet below it. Overall it does the job and I really like the fact that I can control it with an app. Read more

Good for a power strip, but not A SMART ONE

Even though I am lucky that all of the power sockets in this power strip works, even the usb A & C ones, but when it comes to connecting it to the internet even though I did everything it said for me to do as well as having the right connection signal etc etc, it simply is not detected or seen. So, in the end, I paid extra money for a power strip that IS NOT A SMART POWERSTRIP. Other than that, I am happy with it, the people making this product needs to go back to the drawing board definitely. Read more
