What I like most is that it has a lot of little massage heads instead of just one, so it covers a much wider area on my back and legs. Smaller than what I measured out with my measuring tape. I probably looked at the number wrong. I am number dislexic. Still very nice though. I do like that it is a little smaller than I expected. It fits very nicely in your hands if you want to massage you thighs or calves or any other places you can reach easily. Even your feet. I personally did not like it on my neck so much, I'm very sensitive in my neck. My guy friend loved it on his neck and shoulders. So personal preference I think as far as sensitivity in certain you may want to think about starting out on low. The massage heads are soft to the touch, not a hard plastic like a lot of others. It's feels almost silky. I wouldn't use any oil or lotion with this, because of the massage heads. It does fine on top of clothing and also glides nicely over bare skin without the use of oil or lotion. Just FYI. Other than that I really like this massage gun.
