When these arrived, I did a slip/slide test with my thumb on top of one of them on a laminate countertop & these do not slip or slide easily. I plan on installing 4 underneath a Winco cutting board as an upgrade. I agree with the other review that mentions pre-drilling pilot holes before driving the screws in tight (check the depth so you don’t go through!) The included screws are flat head though & round head/pan head SS screws would have been more appropriate (IMHO). The included screws may be too long if the intended material is not thick enough.
