These are a good size and the plastic container they come in is nice and makes storing these a lot easier. The brush to clean them is pretty sturdy as well. The numbers for measuring liquid are black and easy to see. They seem fairly accurate as well. The rubber top on these though is a lot softer than I was expecting. It's sometimes hard to keep it on, which makes measuring liquids a lot harder. It's not terrible, but I've used others that are a lot better, so it's noticably less firm and stable feeling. My latest hobby is "playing with Essential Oils" and coming up with various Essential Oil Blends. My blends often have 6-8 different oils, or more. And it gets very tedious counting drops, so getting some calibrated eyedroppers was a must. I started with a mere half dozen, and quickly discovered that unless I wanted to spend a lot of time cleaning eyedroppers, I really needed to get a few more. Especially since you need a clean eyedropper for every individual oil you use. With this pack, I have enough eyedroppers that I can create potions all night without having to stop to clean eyedroppers. These are nice eyedroppers with accurate markings. I found that on average, they pull .75 ml per draw, depending on the size and fullness of the bottle you are drawing from. On smaller bottles, they often pulled more than the highest 1 ml mark, but on the largest bottles of various fullness, they consistently pulled anywhere from .5 to .75 ml. Although they are calibrated to 1 ml, the actual draw will depend a lot on the container you are drawing from. But it is easy to expel the extra if you draw more than you want. These also come apart easily for cleaning. Since cleaning droppers used for EOs takes alcohol, I like to clean in bulk, and having 20 droppers means it is easier to do that. I fill a juice glass with alcohol, drop the stems in, dip the brush in the glass so I can individually run them down the inside of the tube, then drop the tube in a 2nd glass filled with water. After I'm done with the stems, I drop the bulbs into the alcohol filled glass, run the brush through each one, then drop those into the glass. After setting them on a towel to dry a little, I reassemble the droppers. I used about a dozen of these droppers in my last blending session, so I can attest to the fact they hold up to cleaning without it dimming the markings at all. These also come in a nice plastic case for storage. If you exclude the case and the brush, and only count the droppers, the ~$12 cost breaks down to 60 cents per dropper. That is a good price for calibrated eyedroppers, especially glass ones. The glass tubes are the same size of the non-calibrated droppers included with many one ounce bottles of EO. You can also pull the tube off the eyedropper top on a one ounce bottle and replace them with a calibrated tube from this set. If you have a lot of one ounce bottles of oils, that saves cleaning between blending sessions. However, you cannot switch these tubes with larger or smaller bottles, or non-standard one ouncers. Bottom line is these are great calibrated eyedroppers at a very good price. And if like me, you never seem to have enough calibrated droppers, and you are tired of having to count drops, you will be very happy you invested in this set. I am very glad that I did. Read more
