Why will you not let me leave a zero star review of this product? I bought this monitor and it worked for three months before just dying on me. The power connection of the monitor is flimsy and will not hold the cord in place. The power cord has very thin connection to the plug and is very fragile. I have contacted Amazon to get this resolved since I have two monitors from this company on the fritz. I was given the phone number for the Sealan distributor and even go the email for them only to be ignored. The phone is always busy and calls cannot be accepted and the emails have gone unread and non-responsive. While these monitors are inexpensive compared to others, the price is not worth it when you cannot get support or product replacement for the ONE YEAR WARRANTY. Read more
