I love this bathroom rug! The size is perfect and it looks very clean and modern in my bathroom. It’s soft and comfortable to step on, and the absorption is amazing—water dries quickly and the floor stays safe and non-slippery. I was surprised when it arrived because it was folded up and in a relatively small plastic bag. I love the pattern; it is simple, and I think it goes great in my upstairs hall bathroom It is hard to tell from the pictures, but it has a non-slip surface to the bottom of the rug. I can definitely feel it, but I really cannot see it. It has not moved since I placed it on the floor. It is a thin rug; it is light weight, but it is well made, and I guess I am a little off the beaten path with some of my quirks... On another note: I am a Professional Mechanical Engineer (39 years in the aerospace industry), and I not only work with, but I am around machined components all day long. So, for me details matter. I chose this profession because my mother was a professional seamstress back in the day. And the level of detail she put into her work was simply amazing. And because of that I guess one of my quirks to look at the stitching... For some reason I just tend to migrate towards that, and I think for good reason. I believe the quality of the stitching can tell me a lot about the items I’m receiving. And this bathroom rug is no different. I looked at all of the stitching, and honestly, this stitching is consistent, not sloppy or wavering. There are a couple of thread ends sticking out, but a pair of scissors can quickly remedy that issue. Yes, I know this is more than likely made on a machine, but that machine is run by a person… (hopefully) nevertheless, the quality of this bathmat is very nice. I like the simple fact if this becomes to dirty I can just through it in my wash. And this fits perfectly in front of our tub. So, when the kids get out, they do not have to worry about stepping onto a small rug that can easily move. My only issue with this rug, it came folded in a small bag and took a few days for this to “settle” down. And even after 2 weeks it still has not "settled down".
