These 49mm puck screens are of great quality and fit perfectly inside my 52mm portafilter screen basket. I use one between the coffee and the basket and a 52 mm puck-screen between the coffee and the brew head. Keeps both the brew basket and the brew head coffee debris free… makes clean uo a breeze! And helps make water distribution over and through the coffee puck very uniform. Very easy to use, fits well and great value! Read more
The media could not be loaded. Love the punched hole pattern and does what it’s supposed to do.. keeping the brew head clean and free from coffee grounds. The included stand is cut to precision too but be careful as the stand's edges can be sharp. Read more
Oh My God! I didn't believe my espresso could be improved. I only wish I knew about these sooner. Unfortunately I do need to replace as one came apart but I am definitely reordering. It is so worth the flavor! Read more
I was thrilled to find this product- it was the only puck screen I could find to fit my 45mm Portafilter. I love that it has very fine mesh on the coffee side, which helps limit coffee becoming stuck inside the mesh of the puck screen. I was so happy with the product that I ordered 51mm and 58mm for my other machines.. Then in less than 2 weeks the 45mm screen delaminated and the two layers separated.. this is makes me wonder how the 2 layers were held together in the first place? I hate to think that some type of adhesive was used between the layers- and it is degrading into the espresso as it is extracted. Very disappointed! Read more
What I like most about this is that the coffee grinds don’t mess up the plate above the port-a-filter in my expresso machine. Easy to clean as well. Seals in that coffee! Works very well, no issues. Read more

I really thin these filters help the homebrewer in two ways: 1. The filters allow the system to spread the pressurized water across the whole puck and allow the full puck to be expressed. 2. The filter works as a buffer between the showerhead and the puck to keep the showerhead and system clean. Since the use of fiters, I have been able to reduce the amount of residue from my showerhead to almost zero. Wonderful little reusable items. Read more
