CRAP!! Do not waste your money.

I installed the first filter onto my motorcycle and got the bike put all back together only to find the filter leaks (not the lines, or hose clamps, the filter connection between the glass and metal). This filter screws together with a seal around the glass part. I requested a replacement thinking that the filter might have been a bad one. When I got the new filter I made sure it was screwed together tight and installed this one. Next day I went to check on it and it was leaking around the glass as well. I did not start or run the bike during this waiting time, but when I checked the snugness of the metal to glass it was loose. How does this get loose without any vibration from the engine or anything? This is a great idea, and would have been wonderful it would have worked. I am throwing away the new one and ordering an OEM part. Read more
