Works ok for very small people or weak beginners
Works great as a starter set if you are weak and just getting into working out. If you are doing a class and they expect you to lift your weight with the dumbbells and you weigh over 80 pounds, these will not do it. In that case, get a normal size pair. Read more
Provide an awesome workout!
Be prepared for a workout! I didn't expect these to provide as much exertion as they did, definitely made me work hard to push thru water, a big difference compared to dumbbells provided by gym. Might not be able to move my arms too well tomorrow but hopefully, arm strength and muscle will improve and that's what I want! Read more
