I'm giving these pink glass jars five stars because they solved a problem I thought was unsolvable: the clutter on my daughters' bathroom counter. With an 11 and 13-year-old sharing a bathroom, the place was a disaster zone of cotton balls, Q-tips, and who knows what else. I bought these things on a whim, and they actually worked. What I like is that they are surprisingly sturdy. The glass is thick and has some real weight to it, so they don't feel like cheap junk that's going to get knocked over and shatter easily. The main reason for the high rating, though, is that my daughters actually use them. The pink color was a direct hit with them, and because they like how the jars look, they've been keeping their stuff in them instead of all over the counter. The bathroom looks noticeably tidier, which is a huge win in my book. If I had to find a dislike, it's that the lids just rest on top; they don't screw down or seal. For holding Q-tips, it doesn't really matter, but it's something I noticed. Honestly, for a simple product, these little jars did exactly what I hoped they would. Nicely made jars with covers that fit well. (Not sealed) The jars have a good weight to them. These are really sweet looking, very pretty, without adding color, so it'll go with any. I plan on using one for sugar cubes at our next gathering. Seems ideal for that. Good price for 2 and the quality they are. Read more
