Bought during Prime Days for a really reasonable price. It's way bigger than I thought it was going to be; which is something you hardly ever hear anymore. I have miniature Dachshunds and they make it work, but anything smaller would definitely have trouble using this. The bully stick holder works great, although I use it for rawhides instead. One Dachshund refuses to learn to hold with his paws. I haven't tried the treat feeder. The design for the treat feeder seems to be a good idea. Read more

To be honest, I haven't tried a bully stick yet because of my dog's allergies but he hasn't shown an interest in it to get food out of it...unless I push it for him. I hope he finally catches on to the fact that HE is supposed to be moving it around to get food to fall out. Read more

This toy did not resonate well with my dogs. It seems well made, but never hit their sweet spot. Read more

This is such an interesting treat dispenser. Most of the ones that I've seen like this don't hold a bully stick, and are bottom-weighted so that the dog has to 'bop' them to get the treats out. Those are fine, but I really like that this is dual-functioning and heavy enough that my dog doesn't try to pick it up. It doesn't stand upright, but my dog can roll it around to get treats out, and I like that I can change the 'difficulty' for her by making the treat dispensing hole smaller. It's also funny to try to watch her chew the bully stick when it's in here - usually she can chew through them pretty quickly, but it wobbles when she tries to chew it in this and adds an extra element of distraction. She is tugging at it right now, so she may figure out how to force a bully stick out of the toy, but it still slows her down and keeps her occupied longer than treats/sticks alone! Read more

So, my experience with this product is really strange. It's a fantastic product and the design is spot on, but my dog hates it with a vengeance. But I can't really mark more than one star off because I'm pretty sure my dog is just being a jerk. Starting with the design... I was surprised to find it was made of hard plastic. I was expecting something more rubbery, but this is actually smooth and hard. It seems to me the dogs could hang on to it better the other way, but I can see where it might have issues holding the stick tight, so not a huge deal. Just be aware in case your dogs dislike that type of thing. It's really simple to use. You just twist the end to operate the screw to hold the stick or you twist the other section on the end for the food dispenser. It holds the stick really tight and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I'm super happy with it. The reason I wanted it is because my old, toothless dachshund still wants to gnaw on bully sticks. He can't really carry them around well because he has no teeth to grip them. And he can't really hold on to them easily because he has short, stumpy dachshund legs. I thought this was an ideal solution. It will keep the stick on the sofa for him and he can just put a paw on it to work at the bully stick. This will be great, right? And it does exactly what I hoped it would do. The problem is that the dachshund is furious because this strange thing has hold of his bully stick and won't let go of it. His immediate reaction was hysterical and I wish I had filmed it cuz he would be a YouTube sensation. Unfortunately, in the end, he walked away from it and won't touch his stick because he's offended that this toy won't let go of it. I suppose the moral of the story is that it's a fabulous design and everything depends on the temperament of your dog. Read more

I have two 50 lb dogs and this is holding up very well. Durable and holds the right amount of treats. I like how you can adjust the difficulty as my dogs get used to it. Read more

Our puppy, we learned, is not old enough for bully sticks but the neighbor’s dog went to town with this great feeder toy!! It is super durable and can stand the “title fight” with a Rottweiler so I do highly recommend this for your pup’s bully chews or similar treats that will fit in the designated spots. Read more
