I got these for my 50mm Gen 2 Meta Wayfarers with transition lenses. I personally find that the built-in transitions do not darken enough outdoors, and I hoped these would solve that issue. For the most part, they do. Silver/Gray: These are my favorite. They darken significantly, hide my eyes well, and are the most neutral option for matching outfits. In person, they do not look quite as dark or gray as the product photos. Instead, they have a true silver mirror finish that looks sleek and fashionable. These alone are worth the purchase in my opinion. I did notice some solar flares with these, which I explain further below. Blue: The blue lenses have a more sporty look. They do not make your vision blue, that's just the finish on the outside. They do not hide my eyes as well as the silver ones, which I tried to capture in the photo showing the blue lenses on my dog. I noticed minor solar flares with these as well. Yellow: These serve a more specific purpose. They do not darken the view, but when using a computer, they reduce blue light and help me wind down at night. That said, they are very yellow and noticeably skew on screen colors. They work well for emails, spreadsheets, and general browsing but are not suitable for photo editing, logo design, or any task where accurate color representation matters. Orange: These were not included in my package, and I'm not sure why. Fortunately, I am not a fan of the color, so this did not bother me, and I likely would not have used them anyway. I would have deducted a star for missing components but I don't feel I'm missing out on anything so I didn't deduct. Fit: The fit is excellent. I attach them by inserting one side of the glasses into a lower clip, aligning the nose clip, and then pressing the other side into place. They hold securely and have not caused any damage to my glasses. There is a small amount of play around the light and camera areas, but gently adjusting them keeps everything in place. They do not interfere with photo or video capture or normal operation of the glasses. The glasses still fit in the charging case with the clips attached and charge without any issues. Function: Looking more closely at performance, I did notice solar flares with the silver and blue lenses, likely due to the double lens setup of sunglasses over lenses. This is somewhat expected and visible in the photos I included. Most people probably will not notice this, but it is worth mentioning. The flares shift depending on the angle of light and head position and were only noticeable indoors, where I am unlikely to use the clips. Outdoors, where these are most useful, I did not notice the issue. The polarization does make a real difference. Visibility improves, glare is reduced, and everything appears clearer. The included polarization test card with the fish is a nice touch and clearly demonstrates the effect, as the image is nearly invisible without the polarized lenses. Read more

This clip fits the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 (M size) very well and snaps on easily without interfering with comfort or controls. The polarized lenses noticeably cut glare, especially for driving and bright outdoor use, and the color-changing tint adds decent UV protection without needing separate sunglasses. It’s a practical, affordable add-on if you already own Meta Wayfarers and want sun protection on demand. Not as sleek as built-in lenses, but convenient, lightweight, and effective for everyday use. Who would have guessed these are out there...I love new tech and the RB Meta is an awesome bit of technology-they come in all configurations but as someone who cannot wear contacts I have Meta Wayfarer prescription glasses. I had to choose plain lens due to my prescription so I miss out on the sunglasses until now! These are absolutely a game changer for my Meta wayfarer. The frame clips onto the Meta frame and aligns so as not to interfere with the recording function of the glasses. The fit is great as they follow the pattern of the Meta frame perfectly and look seamless. On a bright day the polarization is good leaving no glare and sharp vision. The frame is lightweight and does not weigh down the glasses-a big plus since these are big frames to begin with. I love the blue color and would choose the same from RB if I didn't require a prescription. Great value I will get a few more colors to match my mood!! Love them Read more

Love these. They work great with my Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 and fit the frames exactly like they should. Easy to clip on and off, and once they’re on, they stay put. What I really like is that you can buy the cheaper clear lenses for the glasses and just add these when you want polarized or color-changing protection. It ends up being a much better value than buying multiple lens versions. They do a solid job with UV protection and glare reduction, and the color change works well in different lighting. Simple setup, no hassle, and they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Easy 5 stars and definitely worth it if you want flexibility without spending extra. Read more

These clip‑on polarized lenses are a very handy accessory for Ray‑Ban Meta Wayfarer and Gen 2 frames, especially if you do not want to invest in a separate pair of prescription sunglasses. The clips are lightweight, easy to attach, and line up cleanly with the existing lenses so there is no distracting overlap or weird edges in the field of view. Once in place, they feel secure but not bulky, and they transform regular glasses into functional sunglasses in seconds. The polarization performs well outdoors by cutting down on glare from car windshields, screens, and water surfaces, which makes driving and walking in bright sunlight a lot more comfortable. Colors remain clear and readable rather than overly dark or distorted, so they are practical as well as stylish. The only drawback is that, like many clip‑ons, they can add a tiny bit of extra weight at the bridge and need to be handled carefully to avoid smudging, so they get 4/5 instead of a perfect score.
