Packaging and quickness of delivery were great. The balls are to big for a small (15 lbs) dog. The jumping and movement of the ball is to radical and noisy. My dog ran from it. The ball is easy to charge and works as described. Read more

Product says bite resistant material, my dog chewed through in minutes. The 2 pieces of the ball come apart very easily, dog also took the ball apart in minutes. Also balls are rather small, was expecting them to be a bit larger, I guess I should have paid closer attention. Read more
