Top notch customer service, which it seems is hard to come by these days. I reached out to the company about needing a new ac cord due to it making a buzzing sounds after continued use, they shipped a brand new one out to me quickly and without having to argue. The product itself is great. Aesthetically pleasing and functions exactly as it should. Phone charges fast and being able to charge all three of my apple products on my nightstand at once is so convenient. It's also so much more efficient and save space since it's literally just one base station for all three items. I've also noticed it never gets heat, and prior to the cord acting up, it's quiet and doesn't emit any noise. Would 100% recommend this company and this product! I was very surprised with how nicely this worked out. Build quality is great, it doesn’t feel cheap at all. Everything works great. I have an iPhone 11 Max Pro using a MagSafe case and they work perfectly. My AirPods Pro are also in a MagSafe case and it does work great too (although sometimes there’s a 10 second delay for it to start charging). The watch also charges flawlessly. My only complaints and hope for a change in the future are: 1) the AirPods charging area is a slight depression so you can put your AirPods inside. My problem is I have a case in mine so it doesn’t exactly fit. I wish this location could have been flat with perhaps just a print on it where to put your AirPods or better yet utilize the MagSafe alignment so it automatically adjusted/aligned. I use it also for charging my kindle so again I don’t see a use for the AirPod depression. 2) I wish there was just a little more spacing. I can put my kindle on it but I have to push the Watch receiver down. Honestly it would probably fit if I had 1-2cm more in width. Alternatively it might fit if the phone charger part swapped positions with the AirPods. Then the kindle could charge on the left and phone on the middle and watch on the right. 3) The charging cable is nice and clean and it tucks away underneath nicely. My ly complaint is the cable length. I have it on my nightstand and normally I would like to have my cable go along the back and to the power strip but with cord’s current length I have to run it down the side of the nightstand which makes the cord very visible and ruins the clean aesthetics. I’ll have to get a power cord extension for an extra 2 feet so it can go along the back. Honestly my preference would have been to have the power be via USB-C so that I can just throw the unit into my travel kit without taking the charging cable but I get that doing it via USB-C has its own challenges since we’re talking 25 watts and you would need a nicer charging block to plug into. However if you did use USB-C I could get the exact length cable and wouldn’t have to worry about extension cords. I originally wasn’t planning on taking this with me when I travel but honestly with how durable this is (nice block of aluminum) and it has all three chargers together I think it’ll be my goto solution for travel as well since my current travel solution takes up much more space than this would. So despite the three things I noted for improvement- which really are pretty minor - I think this is the perfect solution for both nightstand and travel. If you like one at your desk this will be great too. I’ll keep an eye on this company and if a new one comes out I’ll likely upgrade and keep the first one in my travel kit or use it on my desk or something. Overall I highly recommend. My husband and I both have one of these chargers on our bedside table and it works great! Our phones get a fast charge and the magnet is so much stronger than some of the other charger stand ones (I found my husband using mine all the time because his was just flimsy and the little kick stand on his would always fall and knock his phone off). Its great to use a a hub for charging all your apple devices too, with the apple watch and AirPod charger part. The cord is long enough that you should be able to reach a bedside table or dresser easily and it travels well -just folds up onto itself. I highly recommend and would say its worth the money because you won't have to constantly be replacing chargers! Read more
While this feels like it is made out of good quality there are definitely issues with this produce Pros: -looks great, feels great -decent charging speeds, -supports magsafe on the main phone charger -comes with apple watch charger embedded into it Cons: - the cable for the charger is very unique. This means that if the cable breaks or it is lost you would have to buy a brand new cable instead of just using another cable that you already have as an replacement. -AIRPOD CHARGER DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!!! the airpod slot is a divet into the charger and it is extremely difficult to figure out the correct orientation to charge it. I have a pair of airpod pro 2 and I could not get it to charge two times in a row. the airpod spot has no magnet to snap it into place which makes it borderline impossible to charge, especially at night. -it is way too overpriced for having 1/3 of the product that works 1/100 times and there are similar products that are priced around the same with better charging speeds. Overall, if you have a pair of airpods, it's better to stay away from this, however, if you only have a watch and a phone this could be a decent charging stand but it would most likely to cheaper just to buy a 2-1 instead of a 2-1 EDIT: The customer support team reached out to me after the review and sent me another one. This one worked great as their was no issues with charging even for the airpod. It seems as if some work better than others and because of this I can't give this a 5 star. However, I can now recommend this to others as it works as promise, it just might take more than one to have this product work properly. I’ve gone through a handful of 3-in-1 chargers over the years, and most were either flimsy, unreliable, or just looked cheap on the nightstand. This one is the first that checks every box. The MagSafe alignment is crisp, the build feels solid, and honestly, it looks way nicer than any of the others I’ve tried. Bonus: my wife is thrilled because the last charger I bought developed a high-pitched squeal that I couldn’t hear but she definitely could. This one is silent, stable, and just works.
