A contractor installed fixtures and these bulbs. The package says "Lasts 22 years". The guarantee says five years, but nearly half failed in less than five years. Once I reached the company (the number on the package had been printed incorrectly, and the person referred me to the right number), the company gave me credit for three new bulbs -- even though we lacked the receipt because the contractor had installed them. This was not part of the the guarantee, but simply good will on their part. Read more
