Burst Floss is an excellent product. My teeth feel cleaner after use. Full disclosure, I floss very often during the day. That's might be one reason my teeth feel cleaner. My biggest complaint, which is why 4 stars instead of 5, is the misleading ad, either by company or Amazon. Ad says it comes with a CASE used to refill with a new roll. That's a lie. You'll have to buy a case already filled. Then when it's empty, take a refill roll and install it. The refill roll has a plastic cog. Remove existing cog in empty case then push the new roll.
