I read a lot of reviews about these bins and that chance that they might be broken one I got them. I was very grateful to open my box and see my 3 bins in perfect shape. They really good quality and will be perfect for what I need. It just took me a second to understand the lock feature, they are really hard to put on (at least they were for me) so I thought for a second that they might be the wrong ones, but if you had the same problem, just keep trying. I received these extra tough clear storage bins a few days ago, and unfortunately one of them had a crack in the lid. I decided to contact the company about the problem (because the cases aren't cheap), and they very promptly sent me a replacement! The representative that I worked with is named Vanessa, and she is courteous, helpful, and promptly responded to all of my messages! I am very happy with my storage bins, they are extremely heavy duty and I have already put them to use. I really like the square interior which makes packing squarish things so much more efficient. They stack well, have tight water-proof lids, and look pretty sharp! I am very happy with my purchase, and highly recommend this company. Read more

Searched the web for a long time to find these for my camping trailer… They are great, very durable and the gasket seal is embedded in the cover and has not shown any signs of failure or detachment. Ended up buying several for garage storage as well. Read more

I ordered 3 containers and two arrived broken. I got in touch with the seller and she very kindly had them replaced. She made it very easy!
