Works really good. I had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom. Left a 12 inch ring on the ceiling in a downstair bedroom. Sprayed just a little to remove the stain and any mildew. I didnt have to scrub which was nice . But the smell of bleach on such a small amount sprayed was very strong. Could be smelled two stories up several hours later. So be aware and make arrangements for pets and babies. Read more

What a great product! It does what it claims! Sprayed into my tile shower stall and went about my morning. I came back to grout that was cleared of the mold. I turned the shower on to rinse the walls and VOILA! Shiny clean shower stall! Thank you for a product that is effective and easy to use. Read more
This product is amazing! We had a very stained deck with mold and leaf debris, and this product removed the stains almost immediately. The longer it was left on, the cleaner the deck became. I suggest covering any shubs or plants nearby to avoid damage, and I did rinse the product off with a regular garden hose. No pressure washing or scrubbing required. I will definitely keep this product on hand to use again. Read more
FINALLY found a product that works!!!! This product lives up to all its claims. I sprayed my shower walls (which had mold and soap build up) and within 30 seconds.....GONE! No scrubbing needed. I was truly amazed. I will be buying this again and again. Please note that it does leave an odor but I just sprayed down the walls of the shower to rinse and lit a candle. Works really well, but has a very strong bleach smell. Have to open windows when using. Turns out what I thought was mold, ended up being rust on the windows from moisture. Some mold and it worked fine on that. Read more
