The build quality is really good, like Toyota good. It's solid, thoughtfully packaged, and modular. The legs are sturdy and stiff but flexible enough with little effort, and they stay in place. The ends of the feet are covered in rubber to protect the desk. The phone holder might be the cheapest part of this, but it's good for what it is. It holds my iPhone 14 Pro Max with an Otterbox case on it with no issue. I'm genuinely impressed with this. It's a little too heavy to be a selfie stick but works perfectly for my curved 34-inch monitor on my desk. It's able to rise above it. At $25 this was a bit expensive, but the base has all-aluminum construction with some type of material on the outside that makes it easy to grip. Aside from the high price, my only complaint is the phone-holder adapter -- this is all plastic (feels cheap), and barely holds my Android phone (3" across), so it makes it difficult to add/remove from the holder. Tip: You have to twist in one direction to extend, then once at the preferred height you must twist in the other direction to "lock" them into place, otherwise it will just collapse. Read more
My new laptop does have a built-in web-cam (for times when I'm out of the office) but I prefer my Logitech web-cam when I'm in the office. But mounting the Logi webcam onto the top of my laptop screen is a bit precarious, so I bought this tripod stand, and I leave it and the Logi webcam in place even when I take the laptop out of the office. And it's so easy to put the laptop right back in its proper place when I get back and the webcam is right there ready to go. Read more
Compact, Multi-Piece VERY portable and position flexible. Works well with my ROCWARE RC08 for Zoom meetings anywhere. Firm tripod leg hinges make for great support on uneven surfaces. Phone bracket works for phones up to 3-3/4 inches wide. Twist-lock height segments take a little to get used to - they like to loosen while adjusting camera position, but stay firmly locked once positioned. Overall great for my needs! Read more
I was so excited for this bc I needed a tabletop (adjustable) webcam stand and it worked fine for a month or so but during my last setup, I heard a cracking sound and now the top half of the stand won't extend. These are the pieces that came out. Read more
I use it for my workspace to put it away whenever I don't need it. I use a webcam every other day, and after about six months, the way the tripod locks at each level breaks, and now I can't extend it anymore. Everything else is still well-built, but I'm disappointed it's broken. I'm hesitant to buy the same thing if it's gonna break again in half a year. Read more
