Once you stick it on your nose for a few hours, it peels off and turns into a sticky adhesive that clings to your nose. It doesn't work at all. Read more

I am a tired mom who snores most nights and this little thing has honestly changed my sleeping game. I can finally breathe better when I lay down and I wake up feeling way less groggy. The strips are soft and comfortable and they do not irritate my skin at all. I love that they open up my nasal passages right away. The only thing I am still figuring out is how to make the adhesive stay on my nose all night. Some nights it sticks perfectly and other nights it starts to lift. I think I just need to adjust how I place it. Overall these really help with snoring and congestion and they make a huge difference in how rested I feel.
