These are bigger than I thought they be which is great. My son and I both wanted to try this to see if they’d help our breathing and we have completely different noses. These work for both of us. These nasal stickers worked OK but not so great for me. They didn't have great stickiness on my nose, maybe it was too oily? They held for a little while but I didn't experience wide open nasal that I was expecting. They fit well otherwise and are comfortable in that you really don't feel them. Application couldn't get easier...just stick em on. I really need to try these and see if drying off my nose with alcohol or something may work better. The adhesive on the strip is strong, it sticks better if you wash your face first, and use alcohol to degrease the area. Specially if you have oily compression. I’ve been using this regularly lately and usually I apply one before sleeping. It really helps me breathe more easily and effectively relieves nasal congestion and snoring. It’s very easy to use, just stick it onto the nose and it stays in place all night without falling off. Removing it is simple too, no soap needed, and it doesn’t leave any residue. These nasal strips were frustrating to use. Despite following the instructions, the strips would come off after a few hours. I tried multiple times and thoroughly cleaned the area each time, but the same result happened. While adhered, the product worked as expected. I have used a different brand of strips in the past and never had any issue using those. Perhaps they work well for back sleepers. Overall, I can not rate these highly and do not think these are a good value if they can't last during the entire sleep cycle. Read more
