This is a superb cycling jacket that has few peers, if any. The stretch fabric is the key in that it follows your body and the soft feel is pure luxury. So it is not totally waterproof, it is rain resistant, very windproof, and warm. True rain jackets are not even close to being as desirable as this jacket for overall comfort and breathability. I'm 5'8" 150lbs and ordered a size large. When the temps are in the low 50's. I can wear 3-layers under this jacket and stay reasonably warm. The zip pockets have 6.5" opening and about 6" deep. The interior pockets have a 5" opening and about 11" deep. The only thing missing are 2 chest zip pockets and a stowaway hood in the collar. I love the stand- up collar. Read more

This is my first 33,000ft article of kit. I'm very impressed with the quality and fit of the jacket, and how well it performed on my ride last night. I'm 6' 0", 215 Lbs., and fairly muscular with broad shoulders. Not a lot of body fat, but there is room in the jacket for a small belly. The LARGE jacket fits me well. Relaxed, but not baggy. I wore a thin base layer underneath, but if you want to wear something more substantial, I suggest going up a size. That said, I was surprisingly warm in 47 degree weather with 15 mph winds. When the sun went down and the temperature dropped a few degrees, I did don a thermal vest over the top and that was perfect. Towards the end of my ride, I even got a sweat on, but the jacket seemed to breath and wick that moisture efficiently. I didn't get to test the water repellency, but I feel confident this jacket will deliver. This isn't a flimsy windbreaker or shell. It's a proper cycling jacket perfect for Spring, Fall, or mild Winter weather. The build quality is fantastic, with plenty of pockets. The rear pocket has ample rom for snacks, gloves, phone, etc. I'm excited to wear this on an upcoming cycling trip in Okinawa this January. Read more

The coat was tight across the chest despite the fit chart indicating it would fit me. I think the coat is manufactured with the stretch used in the fit calculation. The arms were way longer than my arms. Also I cancelled the order three times within minutes of ordering due to the shipping charges. The order was still shipped late! Amazon just credited me about $4 even though I didn’t complain. I returned the coat immediately. I’ll be buying a different coat soon. I wish I had the presence of mind to take a photo of how ridiculous the fit was. Poor fit, no cancellation attempt recognized, and late shipment. A lower rating was not possible. Read more

I love this waterproof jacket and purchased it for cycling. It is a medium-weight, and has a wonderful, large pocket in the back. I also love the zip off option for the sleeves, which is nice to have on days when it gets warmer. The only problem is that it only comes in a man's cut and I'm a woman. I really wanted a high visibility color on the road, so I purchased the man's cut instead. I wish the company making these would make the same exact colors for both men and women. Many people cycle in groups and want to wear the same color so they are more visible. I also bought the same jacket in a woman's cut in pink, but it's not nearly as visible, and my husband would never wear pink. Read more

I think this will be perfect for wearing at work and on my bike rides, especially as the weather is in the 30's and 40's. I think it will also do okay in light rain as the outer layer is seems water resistant. The pockets zip up and there are a few of them. The yellow would be hard to miss while out riding or working around light traffic. I am a bit concerned about the front zipper though as it felt a bit cheap and flimsy when zipping it up for the first time. I also don't think it will do much if really cold or really rainy. I wouldn't even try it in snow. Overall, it fits okay and is going to work for what I need it for. Read more
