Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've tried multiple steamers lately, and they all have their pros and cons. This particular steamer gets the job done, it's good at cleaning just about anything, my chief complaint about it is that it stalls when heating the water to generate steam. Most steamers have a reservoir to keep the heating chamber filled constantly. The pro of this design is that you always have steam on demand, the con of course is that it eventually runs out and you must wait for the machine to cool down to add more water. This particular unit gets around the supply problem, but suffers in the area of heating the water consistently. If you have it turned up high, it will not be able to heat the water into steam quickly enough, and there will be pauses in output. If you turn the output down, the pauses are less frequent and you can work for longer. Some jobs require full on steam at it's maximum power, and this device isn't really a power house on that front. Does it work? Sure How does it compare to other steamers? Continuous runtime is longer, but steaming may be interrupted while it heats water. Bang for buck? It's definitely worth the money, especially if you're going to try a steamer to see if you like it, before you buy a larger, more feature rich version. Value for money: Good buy for what it can do. Water capacity: Practically unlimited, as whatever reservoir you're using can be refilled on the fly. Cleaning power: It works great on non porous surfaces, and will really get rid of those stubborn stuck on messes. Works great in the microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, shower, sink, etc. Heat up time: It doesn't take much time to get heated up, but consistent use will require pauses for it to heat back up again. Because this item doesn't have a trigger to operate it, there's no way to 'pause' its output. (Putting it in the water bucket supply tends to work to keep you from making a wet mess) Overall Take:​ The steamer does exactly what it says it will do. It will produce steam, and you can use that steam to clean a myriad of different things. It cleans grout, hard to reach cracks and crevices, breaks down grease and grime, and even cuts through stains you thought would be permanent. It tends to work best on non porous materials, if you're looking to do work on fabrics, you might want another steamer for that purpose. Read more

Works great. I just don't like how the cord is really short and you have to have a bucket to put water in so it can suck up and spray the water/steam. It doesn't give you a lot of leeway. I've used it a couple times and then through it in the box in the closet. It's just too much hassle to use. Read more

This thing is ok when it works, the steam comes pouring like its raining so not much steam power coming out of this thing. I used this almost often, once a day, and it started to overheat which is noticed on top of the machine developing brownish color and thereafter more problems occured such as leaking coming out the hose itself which this product lasted only a month and few days which I could not return anymore.
