This portable steamer is excellent. It is very easy to use and produces strong, steady steam that makes cleaning so much faster and more effective. The steam output is powerful enough to tackle dirt, grease, and tough messes, and the large water tank gives me plenty of continuous cleaning time without constant refilling. I am going chem free with cleaners and have been able to use and get good results with this steamer. I love that it works on so many surfaces. Kitchen counters, tile, upholstery, and even the car interior all come out spotless without the need for chemicals. It feels safe to use around pets and family, which is a big plus. The included attachments make it versatile for reaching small spaces and detailed cleaning jobs. Giving this steam cleaner three stars, I am going to split my review into two parts, good features, and opportunities. Good features: + Water reservoir - good size for most jobs, also, not too large to make the steamer itself too heavy while using + Power cord length - the length of the cord is appropriate for most household cleaning jobs. If needed though, a 15A extension cord can be used + Accessories - the steamer comes with a good number of accessories. Small nozzles with and without brush to get into tight spots, a short extension to get under or behind things you can otherwise not reach. Also, comes with a banded cloth to put over one of the attachments to clean a small area + Steam generation - while it takes a moment for the steam cleaner to heat up and produce steam (not to long though), the amount of steam produced is good. It gives you plenty of steam to clean a good size area well. For the opportunities: - Water reservoir - there is no indicator how much water is left in the reservoir. I understand that adding a clear view insert can compromise and possibly be a point of weakness for the steamer (since it pressurizes), but not having any indicator makes usage of time a guessing game. - power cord length - given the length of the cord, it would have been nice if the steamer had a way to securely wrapped the power cord around the steamer when not in use, or provide some other means to keep the cord nearly wrapped up. - Accessories - plenty of accessories but unfortunately no bag or other option has been provided to keep all the accessories together and with the steamer. - steam generation/cleaning - yes, the steam cleaner does help to address some of the more difficult messes and stains. I used it to get some small stains out of my carpet. But, the steamer doesn't perform magic and clean them all up. You might need to pretreat an area before using the steamer cleaner on it, or treat the area while steam cleaning at the same time. Elbow grease is definitely still needed in plenty of cases. Since the steam doesn't have any chemical cleaners, you may need to reach for a cleaner bottle at some point. But, the steamer will definitely make a lot of this work easier. Overall, don't expect miracles, this is not a professional steam cleaner and doesn't claim to be. But you will definitely gain by being able to address stained spots in your home. Read more

I use it on tile floors, kitchen counters and even my car’s interior. This steamer really gets the job done and it does the job without needing any chemicals, just steam. What I like most is how many attachments it comes with, nine in total, so you can switch from scrubbing grout lines to steaming windows or upholstery in one go. This came in handy for a small job. I didn't know what I was doing, so I had to use youtube in addition to the instructions. The specs this was listed with was optimistic at best. Water capacity, pressure, and so on are slightly less than you expect. It does boil the water, though, and not slowly. I have no need for a full power, actually-professional steam cleaner, so this fits my niche. I just had two small, but persistent stains on the floor that I needed to take out, and anything bigger than this would be overkill. I can overlook how anemic and troublesome this is because I'm just gonna put this into storage and probably only whip this out once every couple of years.
