This product this a boot saver. If you live in a humid/dry area, I would say look no further and buy this. It does an amazing job at moisturizing boots and also restoring boots. The product itself is well worth the money, it will last a long time. Buying this is an investment into your boots, it will from my experience extend the life of the boots. Leather is skin, it needs to be moisturized. Thank you. Attached is a great before and after picture. The dark boot is the one with the product, the boot with all the wrinkles (close side) is the boot without the product. (The boots do turn a little bit darker for a bit, but when the product soaks in, it mostly goes away. But in all the product does not darken the boots, it’s just the boots natural color coming out, especially if the boots are dry and wrinkly.) Read more
This product works well but it was not clear that you shouldn't use it with nubuck. Most waxes cannot be used with it, but still. There's no smell, and everything seems to be of good quality. The oil absorbed right into my boots, but I'm not so sure about the oils waterproofing ability. Time will tell. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because the horsehair brush loses a lot of bristles very quickly. Just doing small circles to brush the oil into the leather on my boots, they were completely covered in bristles afterward. It was a pain to clean them all off again. I was very pleasantly surprised to open this shoe kit! Used it on a brand new pair of boots. It is easy and not messy to use and just what I needed to soften and protect my new boots! Also conditioned tow leather hand bags and worked beautifully on them too….no sticky greasy residue. Everything you need in a well designed small box! Read more
