DANGEROUS PRODUCT! If you can get it to light (which is difficult), you need to be very careful. Even after to release the trigger, the flame continues to burn afterwards. If you are like me and just toss it in the drawer when I’m done, you could easily start a house fire. One out of 4 didn’t work. Waste of money, dangerous product Read more
These lighters look super cool, and once filled function ok. They light easily, and the flame adjuster is simple to manipulate. Filling them however is a chore. I have plenty of refillable butane lighters, and these are the only ones that make a big mess filling them. The canister nozzle must not be able to seal properly on the fill hole or something, because butane goes everywhere, making a big mess and getting all over my hands. Also, oddly, when using them when you let go of the trigger the flame takes a wile to taper off, longer than any other lighter i have used. Read more
These are good lighters but have some small issues. First, when filling them there appears to be no way to check the level of the fuel other than to shake them. Others have a clear window to see the fuel level. Second, when turn off, the flam continues for several seconds afterwards. That's small safety issue since when starting a fire I want to be able to put the lighter down to tend the fire. Third, they are quite long but which is good for reaching into a fire pile but the length from the trigger to the tip is not that much longer than torches that are quite a bit smaller. The construction is moderate quality plastic. But these inexpensive units provide a good strong, hot flame. The torch flame is strong enough to light even most damp materials and is pretty wind resistant. They offer really good value and are far better than simple butane lighters for fire starting. My wife mentioned last week that she wanted a torch lighter for lighting candles around the house, and when I found this set, I decided to give it a try. What a great value - it includes four lighters in different colors, and they are all well‑made and work reliably. I didn’t realize they wouldn’t be prefilled with butane - I should have read that part of the description a little more carefully, but that was no issue at all. It was easy to pick up a can at a local store. We mainly use them for candles, but they’re perfect for grilling, birthdays, campfires, fireworks - pretty much anything we’d normally use a pocket lighter for. I love that my hand doesn’t have to be anywhere near the flame anymore. I actually tossed out all my old pocket lighters because these are so much easier to use and more reliable. The simple trigger ignition is a huge upgrade from the old spark wheel on my pocket lighters. I also appreciate the safety lock to prevent accidental lighting. The fuel window is also really helpful so I know exactly when it’s time to refill. Overall, these torch lighters are easy to use, a great value, and my wife is happy that lighting candles is now so easy. Excellent product. Read more

I bought this Wanbro 4-pack torch lighter set thinking it would be a convenient option for candles and occasional grilling, but after using them for a couple of weeks, I honestly regret the purchase. Right out of the box, the lighters felt lightweight and plasticky, and the ignition was inconsistent. Sometimes it lights on the first click, but other times I had to click it 5–10 times before the flame would stay on. That’s frustrating when you’re just trying to light a candle quickly. The adjustable flame sounds nice, but even after adjusting it, the flame either becomes too weak to be useful or suddenly jumps up higher than expected. I also noticed the flame would randomly flicker or cut out, especially outdoors, even though it’s advertised as windproof. Another issue is the visible fuel window—it doesn’t feel accurate at all. It looks like there’s fuel, but the lighter starts acting like it’s empty. Refilling is also not smooth. I used good quality butane, but one of the lighters started leaking a little after refill, and the smell was noticeable. The safety lock is fine in theory, but it’s stiff and annoying to use repeatedly, and on one lighter it feels like it doesn’t fully engage. Overall, this pack might look like a good deal because you get 4, but if they don’t work consistently, it’s not worth it. I expected something dependable for candles, camping, and grilling, but these feel like disposable-quality lighters that won’t last. Would not recommend. Read more

At $10 for the 4 pack it seems like a good deal but given the poor quality I would look elsewhere. Two of the lighters that I tested leaked. Based on that I would say that they are not very functional, and poor value. The plastic is cheap and very light. They are sized similar to the ones that I usually pay a dollar or two for (pre-filled). Read more
