These work well, but my one criticism is that the end pieces will come off easily if you don’t get it totally locked in place. Similar products that we have had are made so they don’t separate. Read more

Easy to assemble, excellent product
These water weights were incredibly easy to assemble. The pieces quickly snapped together and the they stayed together. During my workout I could really feel the resistance and the next day my body felt as if I had been at the gym lifting. This workout is so much easier on my joints and I am still getting a solid weight training session for my arms and back. Love these- great value and great quality. Read more
