Decent but Not Very Absorbent

This towel set looks nice and the oversized bath sheets are a great size. I like the color and they washed without shrinking, which is always a plus. They also feel soft when you first touch them, so I really wanted to love them. The main issue is the absorbency. They don’t make you feel fully dry after a shower and I kept feeling like I needed to keep wiping, which defeats the purpose of a larger towel. The fabric feels thinner than expected and doesn’t soak up water the way a premium towel should. Even after a few washes, the texture stayed the same and didn’t get fluffier or more absorbent. They are perfectly fine as backup towels or for lighter use, but they aren’t the kind you reach for when you want that cozy, truly drying, hotel-style feel.
