This is just the same aluminum pan lile all the others. Paid more and waited longer for this instead of getting the other pans because I believed it was stoneware. Disappointed. Will update review when I have had some time to use it. ETA: Had a chance to use it and it works great. Used with oil spray and the eggs popped out with no issues. I haven't used it for anything besides eggs so I can't attest to how it will preform with other foods. Read more
