These are wonderful space savers as the various sizes fit perfectly into the next size up WITH the corresponding lids on. You won't need to store the lids separately from each container this way. No worries about loosing lids this way. These are durable, easy to clean, and work wonderfully for various foods. We have made simple syrup in them with fresh fruits and sugar. They have never leaked regardless of what we have put in them. They are excellent for prepping meals & snacks, storing left overs, making marinated foods and more. We have used them in the fridge, freezer and microwave without issue. We hand wash everything so I can't attest to how they would do with regularly going through a dish washer.
