My dryer is the Whirlpool Duet Steam. Drum stopped spinning but the motor was running. The idler pulley bearing siezed due to contamination of the eroded belt. The parts arrived next day, and all parts fit perfectly. No weird noises and install was very simple. A perfect tune-up kit for this dryer. Parts are of good quality and even comes with a backup idler pulley which is greatly appreciated. Dryer works perfectly now. Read more

Entire repair kit failed within 6 months of use. Properly installed, too. All bearings for the rollers are shot, as none of them turn without squeaking. One of them failed at a catastrophic level, so the bearing is completely gone. Belt is frayed. Overall catastrophic failure created a flammable dust near the motor and heating element. If the unit was used any longer than first discovering noise, there would have been a potential dryer fire. Would not recommend anyone buying this repair kit. Read more
This thing saved our bacon! For someone handy who wants to avoid calling a service company in, this will come with all the parts needed for a “tune up” of your dryer. Mine needed a new belt, but I put in all the wheels etc and made the dryer like new again! Highly recommend! Read more

This kit helped to refurbish my Maytag 3000 Series. It has been running for approximately 2 and 1/2 years on the parts from this Kit and is functioning as if it was new from the factory.
