This is a well-built chin up bar. I'm 220 lbs. and it doesn't flex at all when I use it, and the eight lag screws used to fasten it in place make it rock solid. Make sure your beams are spaced at 48" for mounting. I would buy this bar again. Read more
This is a very well-designed item. I was able to install by myself overhead in my garage. I preferred the white as it is a little less intrusive with the color blending well with the ceiling. I used the lag screw and installed into ceiling joist. the dimensions of the frame matched perfectly with the 24" on center joist. The impact driver made quick work of the lag bolts. I made templets of the mounting base out of the cardboard shipping materials and located on the ceiling where I wanted to mount it. The pull up bar is phenomenal in that it provides muscle growth. The bar is made of steel and very thick and durable. It provides a range of movements and exercises you can practice. The difficult part is the installation. Make sure the bar is placed in a sturdy place that can hold it. Do not use your roof! Value waist it’s a great investment it’ll last for years and provided you with the tools to help improve your body. Can’t wait to order more exercise equipment from them. Read more

Build quality and hardware are fantastic. It’s certainly worth the money if you’re looking to save space in your home gym. It’s a little difficult to install especially by yourself. The only thing I wish was different was a textured grip on the bar rather than it being smooth but that’s nothing some athletic tape didn’t help with. Read more
