It was my first time riding an electric scooter and it was a great experience, having been curious about it for a long time. I took a few test rides on the road and didn't encounter any problems. I'm glad I chose one with two seats this time. The installation process was quick and easy and only required the front wheel and seat section to be installed. Once installed, I immediately fell in love with its beautiful appearance. The glossy black metal frame has a nice texture and a more sleek style unlike the electric bikes I usually see. The pneumatic tires combined with the larger size gave me a much better riding experience than the solid tires on my previous bike. The rear seat is also a nice addition. You can occasionally take friends and kids along for the ride, which is especially good for short trips around the neighborhood. The center pedal is very large enough to accommodate two feet and another pet or a small child. The rear seats also have footrests. The rear seats are very spacious and cushioned, making it comfortable to sit in the back seat. All of the handles are smooth and you can tell the quality is good when you touch them and the exterior design is luxurious. I live in Washington, which has one of the heaviest traffic counts in the world, and this bike solves all my problems with short commutes and never having to find a parking spot again! I can even ride it to the grocery store because the back front can be fitted with large baskets for storage. This scooter has been a big hit in our family. It's been getting a lot of use for just cruising for fun and to get to destinations in and around the neighborhood. This electric scooter is between an electric car and a scooter, which satisfies my need to be able to travel with my friends and feel relaxed when I ride alone!Overall I'd recommend this as a great all-around mix of ease of use, performance, and price. Some things we enjoy most about it: 1. Easy assembly and learning curve for using it，feels solid and sturdy 2. The multi-seat design is convenient for me and the kids 3. Speed and battery life seem about as-advertised. It definitely feels more zippy than I thought it would be! 4. The retractable footrests on the pedals make the riding experience much better, and your feet can relax during the ride. 5. This 2-person e-scooter is fun to ride and has gotten lots of comments from bystanders. My son just turned 7 and is not super comfy on a bike yet, but enjoys riding on the back of this scooter with me. It’s similar to a bike but feels even safer and more stable. Assembly was easy (the company has a couple YouTube videos that are helpful as well) and customer service is quick and responsive. I had a question and got a quick and helpful response. I was unsure about buying this, especially with so few Amazon reviews at the time. The price was great and I figured I’d give it a shot. Glad I did! I'm a 60 year old retired grandma, I didn't want to pedal as it bothers my arthritis but I wanted to get around on short trips and have fun with my grandson. I found out somethings on my short trips that I'll surely pass along in this review. As you can see in my pictures I take advantage of the real-estate on the handle bar with a phone holder, monitor connected to a camera in the rear, a powerful light in the front and a remote for the rear lights with turn signals. A removable cup holder under the handle bar, a nicely covered bike chain, removable front basket, pouch under the handle bars and hidden on the scooter an alarm. I carry a portable battery to charge when necessary. I love this scooter it is fun to ride once I got the hang of it, meaning breaking with both rear and front together, using the monitor instead of turning around, learning how to cruise and learning the hard way while returning home that while the lights are on it burns battery power twice as fast. That's why I got another set of lights. Plus always check when leaving in the day light that your light is not on. I don't mind riding in the bike lane or paths. When I have to, I will ride the sidewalk when streets are narrow but not often, as it is really bumpy in places. It moves out quickly when it's not loaded down, found that out when I returned from a parade with extra bags bungeed to the rear seat. Otherwise, it was a great purchase especially since I could never see myself standing on a scooter past 10 minutes. Also, love the pedals because I can carry items in a bag between my legs on the foot rest. Have to sometimes work my way up an incline or hill but otherwise I have no complaints. I downloaded an app to gage my speed. Gonna order a small speedometer soon. Fine purchase overall. Very little noise as well when riding. Recently got an Instep trailer to tote my grandson, cat or small items from the market. Will let you know how that goes. Read more
