We went through alot with our 1st scooter. The brakes were not the best. We had a second incident with the same scooter and we contacted the sellers to this product and they worked with us. I did have to purchase a whole new scooter from the same website but was promised I reimbursement. I have not received a reimbursement as a Viet, but they seem to be honest people, so I will make another review. Once the reimbursement is received. The new scooter we've had about a week.
